The sun setting behind the silhouette of your beloved city, warm sand and good music, in tune with the gentle movement of the waves... Finally, summer, the beginning of the new season "Jazz on the Beach", and it promises to be hot. On this evening, the cheerful rhythms of Latin American jazz from the salsa band Dislocados will sound on the beach of the South Coast.

The pioneers of salsa in Ukraine, the one-of-a-kind ensemble Dislocados, is a unique group that burst onto the Ukrainian music scene in 2005. Then the project was still called Salsa Kings, and was founded by the talented pianist and composer Ilya Eresko with the participation of the famous jazz trumpeter Dennis Adu. With this composition, the Salsa Kings performed with concerts in Kiev jazz clubs. Soon they were joined by Karolina Patotsky and Lesya Zdorovetskaya, creating a special vocal flavor of the group.

In its name and creative philosophy, Dislocados convey the idea that a musician's background does not in any way affect his talent and success. And this has been repeatedly proven by the achievements of the team. Dislocados, with their hit "Resaca", became the first overseas Hard Salsa group to air on Hard Salsa Radio and WHUT 91.9 FM in New York. After gaining popularity in New York and Western Europe, Dislocados released their first album, the introduction to which was written by Andy Harlow, the legend of salsa.
